Eat Pizza, End Hunger
We are organizing an event (with Scott’s Pizza Tours) called Slice Out Hunger that will take place this Thursdauy, June 9th, from 6:30 - 10pm, at Amity Hall in Manhattan.
This is Slice Out Hunger’s third year and we are trying to blow it out. Here’s how it works. We got all of New York City’s most famous pizzerias (Lombardi’s, DiFara’s Artichoke, Grimaldi’s John’s of Bleeker, Joe’s, and more) to donate pizzas to the event. We then sell slices for a buck each with the proceeds going to support City Harvest on their quest to end hunger in New York City.
